Stylish Babe Co operates this website and online store, together with all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are hosted by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order and will appear in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.

Prices on our site may differ from prices offered elsewhere. Promotions may have separate terms; if there is a conflict, the promotion terms govern. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (including promptly updating payment details and email).

We may provide access to third-party tools we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge that we provide access “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

We may introduce new features or tools in the future; such features are part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

Stylish Babe Co is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Stylish Babe Co. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Stylish Babe Co, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Stylish Babe Co.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STYLISH BABE CO, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS (AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT(S) OR, IF NO PURCHASE WAS MADE, $100.00. Some jurisdictions limit liability exclusions; to that extent, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We may control the defense and settlement at your expense (without settling any claim imposing non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, not unreasonably withheld). You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located within the State of Florida.
